Ä¢¹½AV’s Agricultural Campus in Truro offers plenty of traditional residence spaces, as well as mature housing, providing programs, supports, and plenty of fun.

Country living with all the conveniences

Get connected to university life by living in one of our three residences located on campus. Trueman, Fraser and Chapman Houses offer all-gender living with the option of single-gender and quiet communities. Live within a few minutes' walk of classes, labs, meal hall, the library, the farm and our athletic centre.

Traditional residences

Our Truro Campus offers traditional-style residences with single, super single, and shared double °ù´Ç´Ç³¾²õ.Ìý

This close-knit residence community provides access to many student supports, special residence programming and events, and an unforgettable university experience. A meal plan is mandatory for these residences.

Chapman House

This all-gender residence is home to 125 students and features a games room, kitchenette, common bathroom and shower facilities on each floor and in-building laundry.

Fraser House

Fraser House is home to 100 students and features quiet and single-gender communities. There is a main lobby, TV lounge, games area, in-building laundry, and kitchenette.

Trueman House is a calm and welcoming residence, featuring quiet areas, kitchenette, in-building laundry and a common area.

Graduate and mature housing

Graduate and mature students at the Ä¢¹½AV Agricultural Campus can find a clean, comfortable and convenient residence experience that addresses their unique requirements.

We provide furniture, dishes, bedding, and other items on request, so you can focus on your studies without worrying about bringing or buying your own.

Located on the ground floor of Trueman House, rent includes all necessary amenities and access to all residence facilities, including a shared full kitchen, laundry, and common areas.
