2024–2025 student leaders
Ä¢¹½AV’s second group of High-Performance Leaders brought together ambitious minds and shared a vision for leading positive change.
Over the course of the year, these students met monthly to engage in intensive leadership development, peer learning, and mentorship through the Student Leadership Academy. They explored real-world challenges, designed and completed capstone projects, and built intentional goals grounded in the .
More than just a program, this experience fostered a strong sense of community—where deep friendships were formed, ideas were challenged, and leadership was redefined.
Now alumni of the program, they continue to lead across sectors and continents—in research labs, courtrooms, clinics, startups, and communities—bringing with them the skills, confidence, and connections to drive impact wherever they go.
2023–2024 student leaders
The High-Performance Leadership program began as a one-semester pilot—an ambitious experiment rooted in a big idea: that leadership is something to be cultivated, challenged, and practiced with purpose.
This inaugural cohort created space for deep dialogue, personal reflection, and meaningful connection. Over the semester, students engaged in leadership workshops, mentorship, and collaborative learning that set the foundation for what would become the full Student Leadership Academy.
Though brief, the impact was lasting. The pilot cohort helped shape the Academy’s future—informing its values, structure, and vision for developing purpose-driven leaders across disciplines.
What started as a pilot has grown into a multi-tiered leadership experience—but the spirit of that first group remains at the heart of everything we do.
