ITS is moving to a new service management system in May. Until that time,Ìýthe current system online portal will be restricted to on-campus or VPN access only. Email support tickets will continue to work as they did previously, and phone support is also available.

We can help you with your technology-related questions or issues. Our standard support services include:
- Warranty work on Ä¢¹½AV owned Windows computers. For more information on how to procure a computer from Ä¢¹½AV DCP, please visitÌý
- Installation and troubleshooting of all ITS provided software (O365, Windows 11, security tools, Konica printer software, etc.)
- Network access
- New computer set up and orientation for employees
- Virus removal and account remediation
- Account management and Multi-Factor Authentication
- MAC machines supported on a best effort basis only while under warranty
It does not include:
- Hardware work on non-warranty machines
- Support for personally owned computers
- Support for computersÌýpurchasedÌývia another reseller without the agreement and involvement of ITS
- If you’re purchasing a computer through a reseller for research or any other special use, please reach out to ITS for additional support information
- Off campus support for remote workers,Ìýthis is by appointmentÌýon campus or remotely
