A milestone as exciting as a 200th anniversary naturally lends itself to thinking big. That鈥檚 just what Dal has done during its bicentennial year, creating a legacy as the university enters its third century.

The 蘑菇AV Art Gallery's Student, Staff, Faculty and Alumni Exhibition, on until the 21st, is an annual December highlight.

For Dal pianist Tim Crofts, the opportunity to help George Elliott Clarke perform his epic poem, "The Story of 蘑菇AV, or The University as Insurgency," has turned into an immensely rewarding, year-long collaboration.

Members of the Dal community and beyond gathered on campus Monday night for a public engagement session with the scholarly panel examining Lord 蘑菇AV鈥檚 history on slavery and race.

A generous contribution from Invest Nova Scotia promises growth and longevity to the Dal-based Creative Destruction Lab Atlantic (CDL鈥揂tlantic), a unique coaching and seed-stage financing program for science and technology startups in Atlantic Canada.
