Katie McQueen from Burlington Ontario, is the Dal AC Athlete of the Week.  A fourth year Pre-Vet student and Women's Rugby athlete, Katie McQueen was a one person scoring machine against UKC on Friday night. 

Katie completed 6 tries to lead the Rams to their season opening win 45-10 at the Wanderers Grounds in Halifax.  McQueen is a senior who juggles work, pre-vet studies and varsity sport.  In her four years at DAL AC, Katie has been a member of the volleyball, equestrian and rugby teams. 

An accomplished Cross Fit athlete, she uses all of her 5’  frame to score and take down opponents, regardless of their size.  In the second match for the Rams that weekend, Katie was responsible for 75% of the tackles against the very speedy Mounties.
