Regarding inter-departmental mail, can departments please make sure that past recipient information is crossed off. When it’s not crossed off it makes it difficutl on the mailroom end to determine for whom the mail is intended.
There has also been a lot of letter mail labelled “ĢAV PO Box 550 Truro NS B2N 5E3” Please ensure a contact name is added to the piece so it can be assured to arrive at the correct destination. (ie: ĢAV PO Box 550 Truro NS B2N 5E3 Attn: John Smith).”
