Under the Collective agreement, employees are required to submit their requests to carry over vacation by January 31 of each year.  We are asking that any employee wishing to carry vacation over into the 2013-2014 vacation year complete the and submit it to their supervisor by the end of the month.  Employees will need to submit an updated form if any vacation is taken between January 31 and March 31.
