The 聽(pdf - 568 kb) offers awards to exceptional undergraduate Canadian students to spend one semester or a full year as an exchange student in the United States.

Value of the program

• $6,000 USD per semester
• Health insurance allowance
• Up to $800 USD for in-country travel
• Killam orientation in Ottawa, ON
• Spring seminar in Washington, DC

Eligibility

To be considered for this program, you must:

• be a Canadian citizen
• be a ull-time undergraduate student in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 3 or above
• have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours of university study before the application deadline
• be expecting to receive an undergraduate degree in the spring of 2027 or later
• be returning to 蘑菇AV for at least one term following the study abroad/exchange term
• be eligible to register at 蘑菇AV for the period of the international experience

To be considered for nomination to this program, complete the聽聽and submit online by December 1, 2025.

蘑菇AV will select three students to nominate to the Killam program. The Killam Foundation聽will then select one to two students to participate in an exchange to the United States.聽聽
